Furry Fiesta 2012 will once again be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the heart of Addison, TX (a city in north Dallas). The hotel staff loves us and wants us back! The Crowne Plaza has an extensive set of amenities and features including:

• Standard room with one King bed for $92/night
• Standard room wtih two Double beds for $92/night
• Executive Suite with one King bed for $109/night (only available via the on-site reservation office, please see the contact information above)

As previous attendees can attest, the Crowne Plaza Addison is a fantastic place to stay. There is a hard limit of four sleeping guests per room in all room types, but with our low group room rates, you can focus on enjoying the luxurious accommodations the hotel has to offer and not on your wallet.

Want to look for yourself? Check out the hotel's website and take a photo or video tour of the hotel's exterior, interior, even some of the rooms where we'll be holding Furry Fiesta functions. Then call the hotel's reservation office to get yourself a nice place to sleep between all the fun we're going to have!

IMPORTANT: If you plan to host a room party, please contact the hotel's onsite reservations office and specifically request a room on the 2nd floor. (The 4th floor is a "quiet zone", so please don't host parties there. Also, it's not a good idea to host a noisy party on the 3rd floor as it's right below the 4th. For more info, consult our hotel FAQ.) The hotel will do their best to accommodate you.

If you have questions about reserving a room, are unable to reserve a room online or via the national reservations center, or you have a special request (executive suite, specific room# or floor, service animals, special accommodations, etc), please call the hotel's in-house reservations office.

If you would like to share your room with others or find available spaces in another attendee's room, you can also check the Room Share Board on our forums to see if another attendee has space available in their room.

• Enter our Group Code "FRF" to ensure you receive our group discount.
• Click Check Availability.
• Select your desired room type from the list and continue to reserve your room. (Note: "STANDARD ROOM" means any available room type at the $92 rate. Executive suites are not available for online or national reservation.)
• If you receive an error stating "There are no rooms available for your requested travel criteria", please call the Hotel On-Site Reservations desk at the phone number provided above.
